Schools located in a county on the COVID-19 state monitoring list may not reopen for in-person instruction until 14 days after the county has been removed from the list.
Currently, the COVID-19 case rate in Orange County does not meet the criteria necessary for removal. Therefore, all students will be on the Full-Time Distance Learning schedule when school begins on August 26, 2020.
We will continue to keep you updated regarding the county’s status and when in-person instruction might begin for students whose families selected a Regular or Hybrid schedule as described in the district’s 2020/21 Reopening and Safety Plan.
